Privacy Policy

Fluctus Limited does not collect personal data. This policy explains what that means in practice, for this website and for the applications we publish.

1. Who we are

Fluctus Limited is a California corporation with its principal office at 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816. We publish software for iOS and macOS. For any matter arising under this policy, contact support@fluctusltd.info.

2. This website

This website consists of static pages. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies of any kind. It loads no third-party resources.

The site is served by Netlify, Inc., whose infrastructure maintains standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. Fluctus Limited does not use these logs to identify visitors. Netlify's practices are described in its privacy policy.

3. Our applications

Our applications are designed so that user data remains on the device or within the user's personal iCloud storage. Fluctus Limited operates no servers that receive user content and has no ability to access it.

Where an application integrates with Apple Health, it reads and writes only the data you allow, uses it only to provide the application's features, and never uses it for advertising or marketing, sells it, or discloses it to third parties. Health data is never stored in iCloud outside Apple Health.

An application with its own website publishes its privacy policy there. For an application without one, this policy together with its section of App Disclosures is its privacy policy. Per-application disclosures are maintained in App Disclosures (PDF). An application not listed there has not been released.

4. Correspondence

If you write to us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use it solely to respond, and we retain it no longer than necessary for that purpose.

5. Your rights

Privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and comparable statutes elsewhere provide rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Because we do not collect or retain personal data beyond correspondence you initiate, there is ordinarily nothing for these rights to operate on. We do not sell or share personal information, we do not profile, and we make no automated decisions about individuals.

To exercise any right, or to confirm what, if anything, we hold, write to support@fluctusltd.info. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes the applicable law requires. Residents of the EU and UK also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

6. Children

Neither this website nor our applications are directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, children included.

7. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date in the title bar above is updated. A material change will be noted prominently on this page.
