TV Repair Consultation
Fluctus Limited offers television repair consultation on a request basis. A consultation is advice only: we review the problem you describe and help you understand your options.
We do not offer repair services. Fluctus Limited does not repair, service, or maintain televisions or any other electronic equipment, and does not accept equipment for any purpose.
California law requires anyone who repairs, services, or maintains televisions for compensation, or offers to do so, to be registered with the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services as an electronic service dealer. Fluctus Limited is not registered and does not provide those services.
If your television needs repair, please use a repair business registered with the Bureau. Registration can be checked through the Bureau's license search.
We do not keep regular service hours or a walk-in location. Each request is reviewed individually, and we reply to let you know whether we can help.
To make a request, email support@fluctusltd.info with the make and model of the television, a description of the problem, and when it started. Photos of the screen or any error messages are helpful.
Please do not send or bring equipment to our address. Any consultation fee is confirmed with you in writing before the consultation takes place.
